Chris Slack
Director - Development
Chris's background has been soley focused on private sector development and he retains extensive experience in the commercial, residential and industrial markets within South East Queensland.
Prior to founding Harvest, Chris was employed by Ross Nielson Property as Manager - Commercial Development with a predominant focus on delivering the Northbridge Tower - a 35,000sqm commercial office tower located within Brisbane's CBD. Prior to this role Chris was employed by the Graystone Group of Companies as Development Manager for a number of industrial and commercial estates. During this period he worked closely with the QLD Department of State Development, Trade and Innovation in the roll out of knowledge based precincts based around SE QLD - particularly as Development Manager for Brisbane Technology Park and Brisbane Innovation Park. Other previous positions include Commercial Director for Citimark Properties and Development Manager for the Winston Group.
Chris retains an on going lecturing role at the Queensland University of Technology in the Post Graduate programs for Advanced Land Development and Project Development and is an active participant in the University community.
Chris holds tertiary qualifications in Law and Property Economics and is a member of the Property Council of Australia Planning and Environment committee (Queensland Branch) and a member of the National PCA Professional Development Committee.

Todd Pepper
Director - Finance
Todd specialises in the areas of real estate finance, feasibility analysis and transaction management with particular skills in development management and deal origination.
Prior to founding Harvest, Todd was employed by Babcock & Brown in their Real Estate division predominantly focused on the sourcing and structuring of debt and equity transactions for complex real estate deals. Todd was most recently responsible for the master planning of the development of the 53 ha Horton Park Golf Course in Maroochydore and the Darwin City Waterfront redevelopment.
Prior to joining Babcock and Brown, Todd was with ABN AMRO's Infrastructure Capital division and was formally the General Manager of Devine Ltd Units and Townhouses division and Director of sales at Savills. Todd has broad range of experience across a range of property sectors including, valuation, sales and leasing, development management and finance.
He holds a Bachelor of Business degree (in Property Valuation) from the University of Queensland and a Post Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment from the Security Institute of Australia. Todd is also a registered valuer and associate of the API and is a member of the Property Council of Australia Commercial committee (Queensland Branch).

Tony Lingard
Director - Harvest Asset Management Services
Tony specialises in the areas of whole of asset management incorporating facilities, refurbishment, compliance auditing, with particular skills in relationship development.
With over 25 years of property management experience Tony has developed extensive skills across all facets of property encompassing commercial, retail, residential, educational and industrial assets.
Prior to establishing Harvest Asset Management Services Tony was employed by Star BMS a subsidiary of Leightons Devine as General Manager and focussed on the development of a mid sized portfolio of mixed use properties in the management and asset refurbishment arenas. Tony had been instrumental in the transitional change in the direction of the company bringing to the fore a broader spectrum of services and prospective clients.
Before relocating to Australia, Tony had in his long and successful career attained Associate Directorships of several Chartered Surveying practices in the UK based on his ability to develop strong, successful and sustained relationships with both clients and tenants.
Tony has the ability to quickly establish management regimes encompassing facilities, compliance, asset enhancement potential and development which in turn assists in the delivers of maximum investment returns to clients.

Justin Reidy
Senior Analyst
Justin's specialty is in the area of feasibility analysis and transaction management with particular skills in financial modelling of developments and finance structuring.
Justin is part of the Capital Solutions division of Harvest Property in the capacity of Analyst. Prior to joining Harvest Property, Justin was employed by Babcock & Brown in their Real Estate Division as an analyst working with the marketers to prepare project feasibilities for determining deal outcomes and for the procurement of debt and equity funding.
Before joining Babcock & Brown, Justin was employed as a Manager within Ernst & Young's Real Estate Advisory Services group focussing on transaction management and advisory services for a variety of Government and private clients.

Simon Fuhrmann
Project Partner
Simon's background has been predominantly focused on private development sector retaining extensive experience in the industrial and suburban commercial markets within South East Queensland.
Simon is a Project Partner of Harvest Property Pty Ltd. Prior to Harvest Property, Simon was a Development Manager at Vanriet Pty Ltd for Jack van Riet with a focus on sourcing opportunities within SEQ including medium sized commercial and industrial developments and the negotiation and delivery of turn-key developments for local and international tenants. This role included the delivery of over 13,000sqm of suburban commercial strata space and over 25,000sqm of design and construct projects to multiple users.
Previous positions also have been with CB Richard Ellis Industrial south team in the sales and leasing sector dealing with a number of sales and leasing transactions. Other Pervious positions include Valuer Hoolihan Valuations Northern New South Wales processing residential, commercial and industrial valuations of single buildings and land developments.

Annette Stevens
Office Manager
Annette is responsible for the financial management and administration of the Harvest Group.
Annette's specialty is in the area of finance/office management with particular skills in property management, financial and auditing requirements. In addition to this Annette has the ability to maintain and develop professional relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders and clients including Senior Management, Board Members and Investors. Previous experience has included; extensive management skills incorporating leadership and staff management involving supervision of teams, staff training and development, recruiting and mentoring; accounting knowledge focused on accounting standards, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, management reporting and financial analysis.
