The Name…

The name Harvest is derived from the approach that growth and capital acquisition mirrors the respected land management principles of investment and stewardship over a longer time horizon with effective management leading to consistent sustainable results.



Company Profile
Each asset will retain a blend of the following key characteristics:-

  • Stable income stream with the opportunity for future rental reversion or repositioning;
  • Located within an urban renewal zone or precinct that is experiencing substantial town planning repositioning of either use or density (or both);
  • Benefiting from proximity to major infrastructure projects or transport nodes;
  • Proximate to large established employment centres (being the Brisbane CBD, suburban/regional centres or large private social infrastructure).

The Symbol…

The Harvest symbol draws inspiration from recognised phases in the growth of Australian agricultural plants (eg wheat crops).

  • The fresh emerging strand represents the early phases in the development process of land acquisition and project conceptualisation (often where initial value is established). Planting the seed of an idea on a fertile parcel of land and nurturing it through to early growth.
  • The maturing middle strand evokes the process of growth seen in the development and property improvement process.
  • The heavily laden head ready to harvest on the third strand represents the firm's skills in funds management and asset management through and after development. Reaping the rewards of previous efforts providing seed capital for further opportunities.

These three elements reflect Harvest Property's core skill base and business activities now and into the future -ensuring a sustainable business model and providing for Harvest staff, consultants, partners, community, and key stakeholders.

Together the Name and the Symbol unite to form the Harvest Property corporate identity.
